The Studio Process
How is every figurine made?
Every piece goes through the same uncompromising studio process:
- Precision-engineered via Bambu Lab studio systems — razor-sharp detail from the start
- Hand-sanded by studio artisans — every surface smoothed to eliminate layer lines
- Micro-fine primer coat applied — for paint adhesion and surface depth
- Detailed by our studio artists with pigment-dense acrylics — no two pieces are identical
- Sealed with premium protective lacquer — for a lasting, gallery-worthy finish
Are the pieces durable?
Yes. The lacquer seal protects against dust, light scratches, and UV fading. We recommend keeping pieces out of direct sunlight for long-term display.
Are all pieces truly unique?
Yes. Because every piece is detailed by hand, no two are identical. Even the same design will have subtle variations — that is the nature of artisanal craft.
What materials are used?
Our figurines are engineered using premium PLA+ filament, finished with studio-grade primer, pigment-dense acrylic paints, and sealed with a professional protective lacquer.

What is The Canvas Edition?
Hand-sanded and double-coated in premium studio primer. It arrives glass-smooth, flawless, and 100% paint-ready. Perfect for artists and hobbyists who want to add their own colour.
What is The Studio Kit?
The primed Canvas figurine bundled with a curated palette of professional hobby acrylic paints and fine-tipped detail brushes. Everything you need to start creating, right out of the box.
What is The Artisan Edition?
Our definitive masterpiece tier. Your figurine is meticulously detailed by our lead studio artist — matched to exact references — then sealed with a crystal-clear protective lacquer. Display-ready. One of a kind.
Which edition should I choose?
If you want a display-ready piece with no effort, choose The Artisan Edition. If you enjoy painting and want a creative project, choose The Canvas Edition or The Studio Kit (which includes paints and brushes).
Custom & Mini Me Figurines
How does the Mini Me figurine process work?
- Place your order and select your edition
- Send us a clear, well-lit photo via email at info@theroachstore.co.in
- We generate a digital render for your review and approval
- Once approved, our studio begins production
- Your piece is carefully packed and shipped to you
What kind of photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit front-facing photo works best. Avoid heavy filters, sunglasses, or obstructions. The better the reference, the more accurate the likeness.
Can I see a preview before production begins?
Yes — for all custom and Mini Me figurines, we generate a digital render for your review and approval before production starts.
What if I am not happy with the preview?
We will revise it until you are satisfied. Production only begins once you give us the green light.
Can I order a figurine of any character?
Yes. We accept commissions for any anime, game, or pop culture character. Place a Custom Collector’s Figurine order and share your reference images with us via email. Final pricing is confirmed based on complexity before production begins.
Orders & Delivery
How long does it take?
All pieces are made to order. Turnaround time is 7–10 business days after your order is confirmed (or after preview approval for custom pieces).
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship Pan India, carefully packed to ensure your piece arrives intact.
How will my order be packed?
Every piece is individually wrapped and packed with protective cushioning to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
What if my order arrives damaged?
In the rare event of transit damage, contact us at info@theroachstore.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or resolution promptly.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. For international enquiries, write to us at info@theroachstore.co.in and we will do our best to assist.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods including UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets via our secure checkout.
Is the price shown the final price?
For standard products, yes. For custom commissions, the final price is confirmed via email based on complexity, size, and detailing before production begins.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?

Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not yet begun. Write to us immediately at info@theroachstore.co.in if you need to cancel.
Do you accept returns?
As all pieces are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was approved. Please review your digital preview carefully before approving production.
What if I receive the wrong item?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@theroachstore.co.in with your order details and photos. We will resolve it immediately.
Bulk & Corporate Orders
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We specialise in bulk corporate gifting, employee kits, event giveaways, and festive hampers. Visit our Bulk Orders page to enquire.
What is the minimum quantity for bulk orders?
There is no strict minimum — we work with orders of all sizes. Write to us with your requirements and we will tailor a solution for you.
Can you add our company logo or branding to the products?
Yes. We offer full branding and personalisation for corporate orders including logos, names, and custom messaging.
