REFUND POLICY
At THE ROACH STORE, all products are custom made and personalised to order. Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has commenced. Please ensure all personalisation details are correct before submitting your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for a damage claim, you must:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening your package
- Provide your receipt or proof of purchase
Claims can be submitted to info@theroachstore.co.in with your unboxing video and invoice attached. There is no requirement to ship the product back to us.
If your claim is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your claim, please contact us at info@theroachstore.co.in.
Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept claims on orders where no unboxing video has been provided, or where the claim has been filed after 7 days of delivery.
